    Fraser has over 13 years experience advising corporates, investors and creditors in stressed and distressed situations across a number of jurisdictions. Fraser has considerable experience working alongside management teams and boards of companies to provide hands-on support and advice on complex financial restructurings, refinancings and other special situations.

    Prior to joining Talbot Hughes McKillop in 2010, Fraser worked in Transaction Advisory Services at KPMG.

    • Chief Financial Officer and adviser to the board of a Dutch real estate company with German retail and light-industrial assets, advising on its €800 million debt restructuring, lease negotiations with tenants and exit planning (ongoing).
    • Adviser to the board of a German real estate company with significant retail assets, advising on strategic options for the repayment of the company's £400 million debt and a successful sale of the business.
    • Financial adviser to one of Iceland’s largest lease finance businesses (with a securitisation structure of approximately £300 million) on its financial and operational restructuring and subsequent refinancing and corporate simplification of the business to provide a platform for growth.
    • Financial adviser to Real Estate Opportunities plc, a real estate company with assets in Ireland and the UK, on its £1 billion restructuring.

    Chris has worked in corporate restructuring and recovery for over 14 years. Chris qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007 and has worked on a variety of restructuring assignments, including advising multi­national companies and their stakeholders.

    Prior to joining Talbot Hughes McKillop, Chris worked for Kroll's corporate recovery practice.

    • Current CFO of a group of Irish based companies in the property development sector. This has included the establishment and ongoing management of the group finance function and capital raising of €0.5 billion+ for investment and development purposes.
    • Providing project management support to the Board of Azincourt Investment SL during the £381 million restructuring of FCC's UK business (formerly Waste Recycling Group).
    • Supporting the Restructuring Committee of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company AD (trading as Vivacom) during the restructuring of the group's €2 billion+ capital structure. Ongoing co­-ordination of the wind down and liquidation of the remaining Dutch and Bulgarian group companies post restructuring.
    • Delivery of restructuring solutions to a c£116 million portfolio of Enterprise Zone loan investments.

    Peter has played a key role in financial restructurings across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, utilities and the retail and service sectors. Peter has extensive international experience covering the UK, Continental and Eastern Europe, the US and Japan.

    • Financial adviser to the Informal Creditors Committee of Kaupthing, an Icelandic Bank with approximately €17 billion of debt.
    • Led a THM team in 12 month project managing the acquisition of Eggborough Power Limited. Acted as interim CFO for a six month period post acquisition during which time he managed the implementation of a new finance and accounting system.
    • Adviser to the board of a major UK furniture retailer in the lead up to an MBO, with workstreams including improving forecasting and developing and implementing working capital improvement initiatives.
    • Adviser to the board of a UK quoted leisure operator through a period of crisis stabilisation concluding with a refinancing of £100 million of debt.

    Anthony Place

    Anthony has worked with stressed and distressed businesses for over 18 years, focusing over the last eight on advising boards in restructuring and other event driven special situations.

    Anthony has advised across a wide variety of industries in a number of jurisdictions and for a range of stakeholders including corporate boards, bank syndicates and shareholders. He has also spent 18 months on secondment in the London Acquisition Finance Department of a major European bank, which included working as a steering committee member on several high profile restructurings.

    • Independent Director of a Dutch property holding company with significant retail assets based in Germany, and a CMBS debt structure.  Oversaw stabilisation, options review and ultimate sale of the group.
    • Chief Restructuring Officer of one of Iceland's largest lease finance businesses with c£300 million of debt.
    • Adviser to Four Seasons Health Care on its £1.7 billion financial restructuring and providing board level support in respect of the subsequent CMBS notes extension.
    • Adviser to the board of Johnson Service Group Plc on its c£200 million restructuring and recovery plan.

    Neil has over 25 years' restructuring experience.

    Prior to joining Talbot Hughes McKillop, Neil was a Director at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

    Neil has advised, and held Board roles with, organisations undergoing complex operational and financial restructuring and also has significant experience of hands-on crisis management, independent business reviews, M&A and due diligence. Neil's industry experience covers numerous sectors including retail, leisure, distribution, manufacturing and property.

    • Board Member and Interim CFO of Game during post-administration stabilisation, transition and operational restructuring under new Private Equity ownership.

    Andrea Trozzi

    Andrea has over ten years experience in the credit markets. Andrea began his career at Lehman Brothers in the Debt Capital Markets division covering investment grade Italian and Spanish corporates. Following Lehman Brothers, Andrea received an MBA at the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

    After his MBA, Andrea joined Goldman Sachs as an Associate in the European Special Situations Group, Goldman Sachs' proprietary investment team in the Fixed Income division where he worked as a buy-side credit analyst.
