Our focus is to bring experienced leadership to restructuring and other event driven situations either as an adviser or interim executive using senior teams, led by one or two partners on a full time basis.

Our role may involve partners from THM taking executive (CEO, CFO, CRO) and/or Board of Director appointments.

Our skills, capabilities and approach allow us to perform both the financial and operational aspects of a restructuring situation.

Our London based team operates as a pan European business and has led projects based in a number of jurisdictions outside the UK, including Austria, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, The Netherlands, Norway and Slovakia, as well as in the United States.

THM has the resources and experience to deliver senior, hands-on leadership to all phases of a restructuring to meet stakeholders’ objectives.
