Julian has over 20 years experience specialising in complex financial and operational restructurings, refinancings, crisis management and lead M&A advisory, working for boards of companies, management teams, lenders and shareholders.

Major Experiences

Julian joined Talbot Hughes McKillop in 2002 and was previously a Partner with Arthur Andersen in Chicago and London.

Julian’s experience includes financial and operational restructurings, strategic and financial reviews, hands­-on crisis stabilisation, disposals, acquisitions and finance raising. Julian has worked in the UK, US, and many parts of Continental Europe. His sector expertise encompasses industrial and consumer products, automotive, building products, technology, telecommunications, healthcare services, retail, property and media.

Julian is an FCA and received a Masters in Management from London Business School in 1997.
